I’m currently designing and developing Bubble.io apps for a Kitchen Display System (KDS) and fast food order pickup kiosk for [REDACTED], a startup rethinking how goods are delivered in fast food restaurants and beyond. Imagine an underground system that moves orders from the kitchen to customers faster than ever.

The system simplifies order management from start to finish. The KDS organizes kitchen operations with real-time order tracking, while the Portal app manages the flow of orders to drive-up kiosks. The goal? Streamlined, no-hassle order pickup that works flawlessly, even during the busiest times.

As both designer and developer, I was involved in every aspect of creating the system. Here's what I worked on:

• End-to-End Product Design: Mapped out the full journey for both kitchen staff and customers, covering every interaction from order creation to pickup.
• UX/UI Design: Created intuitive and efficient interfaces for the KDS and Portal app to make managing and receiving orders easy and seamless.
• API Integration: Connected [REDACTED]’s backend to Bubble.io, enabling real-time communication between the kitchen and kiosks.
• Custom Features: Multi-tote support, real-time updates, and automated troubleshooting—all built to handle the unique chaos of fast food operations.
